after you got the Tm dive from stevhen in the space center, after magma, and done 7th gym, look on pokenav at sootopolis city. surf down there and there should be a dark patch, and you dive and keep going (looking on map every 30 secs ) and when you are very close to the front of it, you mightsee a hole.go in it the press B to go back up.and when you go in there you might see something unusual. (if you need to know where to catch rayquaza, go north-east of pacifildog after talking to wallace when he asks you where it might be. when you get to the top he dissapears.go back to sootopolis and do the gym then go back with a mach bike and zoom acroos the cracks (its tricky) and get to the top again and he'll be there.good luck.

Crystal is the previous generation to Emerald. Fewer pokemon, different world... some people like the changes to the nextgen (emerald), others don't. Personally, I don't like the nextgen changes. Crystal is my favorite, but I'm downloading a pokemon Yellow rom (I can't find my actual game :( ) for nostalgia's sake :P But Crystal is best, IMO Short version: Crystal

you have to dive in the diving spot closest to the city but it it has to be big once you see a cave you just go inside and use dive again then youl be at the bottom of the city
