After the new "upgrade" to the sports related Yahoo products, I've noticed an error. If you click on a football player, a page will pop up with his statistics. If you click on "game log," it claims to show 2012 regular season statistics, but it is erroneously showing 2013 preseason stats. (* Note: there is a partial work-around, but even that doesn't work pefectly. If the player has played more than one year, you can click on a previous year's game log, which will accurately show the previous years stats. Then, if you click back to 2012 game log, it will correctly show the 2012 game log. While this is a problem in and of itself, if the player's first year was 2012, then it appears that there is no way to accurately display 2012 game log stats.)
While this issue is annoying, it is incredibly more frustrating that there does not seem to be a simple way to alert customer service to this problem. It's been a while since I've tried to contact Yahoo Customer Service, and unfortunately it appears that they have moved to the horrendous Facebook model for Customer Service, where they fail to provide a way to contact them directly, and they just allow you to post on a group message board, or they have you click links in a loop, where you never actually get to send an e-mail or talk to an actual person. I've wasted at least half an hour this morning, just trying to help them know about an error they caused due to an unnecessary and frustrating "upgrade."
So, I guess my questions is: Is there a method I've missed, to contact customer service directly? Is there an e-mail I can contact? I have no interest in posting on a public message board, and letting other Yahoo users agree with me, only to get no response from Yahoo itself.
If possible, please help.
Thank you

If their response is anything like they do with emails that are sent to them then they won't answer the phone..... Good luck....
