Open Paint ( in All Programs > Accessories Folder), and click on the BLUE Help Icon with the "?" in it, below the big Red "X". And start reading. Paint is Paint, but Microsoft changed the old interface to "The Ribbon". Play with it for an hour, and you'll get the hang of it. As stated above, this is the default in Vista with SP 1, and W 7.
I bought a windows 7 and it had apps like paint and other apps but when I upgraded to windows 8 I couldn't find them. Can someone help me find it. if it is there. Thanks
