I want to report this local business that is just disgusting, they aren't up to code on anything and they hire exclusively women, as in they won't even give you an application if you are a male, they treat their employees like garbage and I want to get back at them a little bit.

If you report all of this the same way, then you won't get back at them. You can only get back at them by reporting these things differently.
Health code violations, and only health code violations, and nothing else, should be reported to the health department.
Building code violations, and only building code violations, and nothing else, should be reported to the buildings department.
Refusal to hire males or to give applications to males should be reported to the equal opportunity commission.
If you report all the things to any of these parts of the government, they might not do anything. They are most likely to act if you report only the things that pertain to them, without mentioning the other things.
Treating employees like garbage should not be reported to anyone, because that is not specific enough for anyone to tell if it is illegal. I assume that you don't mean they are literally putting employees into dumpsters. Many forms of treating someone like garbage, including being rude or demeaning, are perfectly legal. If you have something specific that violates a specific law, then report it to the right agency for that law.
That's really not okay. Report to the attorney generals office and the better business bureau
