Well, Caps typically like to stick to structure, planning, being responsible, like a businessman.

It is when he allows you to see him make a mistake, when he does something spontaneous, or when he is willing to go completely against his natural personality/traits/safezone to reach out to you -- he is at least interested or wants to get to know you more.
