Weight Loss Question...?

I am 13, I am 5 foot and I weigh 123lbs. I would like to lose weight all over my body, because there is no such thing as spot reducing. Umm so i was wondering...can you tell me what i should do to do this? i would like to lose 10-20 if possible as well [by decemberrr] . what exercises could i do to achieve this and what i should eat and when i should eat.
