I wanted to purchase a windows 8.1 pro license via paypal months ago, but never got it. so I posted a question on ms community. one guy, might from ms, gave me a link. but it was broken. then i tried hard to call the ESD number and got disconnected several time after explaining to the person on the other end my problem, he said he was going to put me on hold while he looked into my problem without even taking any information from me like my email address, or any other info that I used to make the purchase, then I found my self in a continuous loop of people that didn't know ****. Once I asked to speak with a supervisor, the person I was connected to told me I would need to file a dispute using paypal. I've never had a more disappointing experience with a Microsoft product.
