So Im a newbie at this. I've steeped some strawberries in sugar for a couple weeks now and I now have a nice red syrup which is ready to be put into some vodka. (tastes and smells great!)
However, I do not want a pink or red vodka drink and would like it clear. I do happen to have some Sparkolloid is there any way I can use this in this situation?
*Or is there any other ways to clear up a flavored vodka?

Flavor extracts can make clear flavoring... otherwise you're talking about manufactured chemicals.. not fruit.
Not going to happen. You should have just bought it at the store if you wanted clear. Half the fun of infusing vodkas at home is seeing how weird they turn out.
While I can't think of a reason to make this concoction colorless bleaching it is the only way I can think of to remove the color. Since Sodium Hypochlorite is not conducive to good drinking you are left with light. Set that bottle in the sun and let the sun bleach out the color.
no, it will be pink
if you insist on clear, you have to start with strawberry flavoring, and not natural strawberries.
