Verified answer

You can only do that if it's Your question and not yet in voting. Once a question has been resolved it becomes the property of Yahoo answers and cannot be deleted. That is part of the rules of the site which you agreed to when you signed up.

Change to desk top first but. Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.

To delete a question while it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation . Even resolved questions can be removed that way.Possibly a waste of time since your question is asked many times every day but you could try emailing the YA team [email protected]

explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted,. Chances of Yahoo doing that are extremely remote.Their comment. We only delete questions if they violate the community guidelines or reveal personal contact information (e.g. Email address, phone numbers, address etc).

The same as above pretty much applies to your answers.

Ok, so go to My Activity at the top of your screen and click on My Q&A then click on the desired question that you would like to delete. Under the question there will be a bar full of different options. Click on Edit then Delete Question. Hope I helped!
