how can I lose 30 pounds? im 14 and not trying to be super skinny i jsut wanna be at a HEALTHY weight which is about 30 pounds lighter. Im running monday tuesday thursday. what are exact things i can eat throughout the day and what else can I do to lose 30 pounds . Theres no time limit, just in general.

Do cardio six days a week. Try to do running and biking since they both hit different muscles. Now your very young so you really dont need weights yet. Try eating meats like steak chicken pork chops. Nothing fried. Stay away from fired stuff. Also salads are very good aswell. Drink nothing but water. If you stick to just water your not taking in all the sugar. I do suggest get very light weights 5 pounds and do squats. Also do side bends. Hold a dumbell in each hand and slowly lean until you cant anymore without bending your knees. Also try sit ups aswell. Most important at your age is a healthy diet and activity.
Hmm, First talk to your parents/doctors if your at your right weight, if u r , then dont worry bout it, but if u are not, i reccommend eating lots of fruits/veggies, drink water. Run, do daily exercises, Go to gyms to work out, or do simple things like be active in sports and such
