I know a lot of you are going to say, "this is so unhealthy...". I'm just wondering how you would do it. How much exercise would be necessary? (I'm a high school student, so i dont have tons of spare time) What would you have to cut out of your diet? I just want to see what you have to say.

Well to do that you have to do lots of running exercises, like on a treadmill.
Don't lift weights though because you can gain weight by doing that.
It's not possible to do for more than a couple days in a row. It takes a calorie deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound.. IF you ate absolutely nothing you'd burn about 1500 calories depending on your size.. SO you'd have to not eat anything and run 20 miles a day.
This would destroy your body after about..... 1 day...
Dont eat. it doesnt require time in fact it saves time. im not trying to get you to syarve yourself but really cutting down the calories and fat you consume will help you lose so much weight. exercise helps too but nothing that gains too much muscle ok¿
