On my vista system it would be Control Panel | NVidia Control panel. Or double click the NVidia icon in the system tray.
In XP right click desktop open properties, go to the last tab forget the name and use the advanced button. There may also be an NVidia Entry in control panel.

Are you using XP or Vista.

Open Nvidia Control Panel
Right Click on your Desktop > Properties > Settings > Advance > Search for your Required Tab (NVidia Control).
Just right click on your desktop screen.
