Go to windows restore(same program your friend used) and select a date a day or so ,before he restored your pc. And you wil get your old program back.
To the best of my knowledge System Restore doesn't mess with the files that are present on your computer. It just restores your pc to the conditions and settings back to how it was on the specified checkpoint.
I think system restore is not responsible for the loss of data. But now only thing you can do is run a good system recovery software, some of the pics can be recovered or BEST thing , go for data recovery but i will be costly.
when a system restore windows open....there u can find a option "undo my last restore"...
it will do
REMEMBER TO SELECT AS BEST ANSWER
nope, once deleted its gone, even restore cannot bring it back, i can bet that....
you can use a data recover software, but its very unlikely that you'll get all the data.
most of my knowledge NO
