Kingsoft Antivirus
I've just done exactly this task using online OCR for the chinese symbols to work it out - and it worked.
Steps taken - find the chinese named software in Add/Remove Programs which brings up a window full of chinese stuff. There is a bar with several green tabs - click on the far right one. Uncheck the box which seems to be related to keeping a version on your hard drive for later. Then click the LEFT green button at the bottom. This removed the software completely as far as I can tell.
Uninstall as you would with any other software. In the uninstall window (for Kingsoft Antivirus 2013), select the last tab on the left side, then click on one of the two buttons on the right pane.
Supposedly you can uninstall following the directions in link below.

I have also seen on the web that if you can not understand the uninstall
interface because it is in Chinese, you can install over the Chinese version
with the English version before attempting to uninstall. Good luck in
your endeavor as I suspect from reading about the above that the program
contains adware and spyware.
Just find Eglish version and download it. Open it, and it will automatically convert it to English language version.
