I like Hyatt Regency. But Embassy Suites is not a bad choice either.

Hyatt for sure, I spent my wedding night there in the pent house...ooohhh-it was lovely!!

Embassy suites is better

It's a good hotel but you won't be able to get it anywhere near $100/nt. Try the Hampton Inn downtown or Drury Inn downtown for that price range. It is not near as nice but is closer to that price range.
