Since I've come to Cairo, I've lost a lot of hair and I also don't have a lot of energy I'm tired. I think I might be lacking some vitamins. Maybe if there is a pharmacist reading this he/she could recommend some vitamin pills? Or what type of food that I should eat more of.

Some hair products in Egypt cause hair loss. So I carried with me my own shampoos and didn't buy any during my last visit.
But in your situation, start with vitamins and iron supplements. If that didn't work, talk to a doctor.
There is no doubt that diet plays an important role in slowing down the process of hair loss. There are a variety of vitamins and minerals that should be included in your daily diet in order to help reduce the loss of hair. When your diet is lacking in proper nutrition, or when you make drastic changes to your current diet, hair loss can result.
Some foods you should add to your diet to increase hair health include: fruits, vegetables, dairy, lean healthy meats, fish, legumes, unsaturated fats, and water. Make sure your diet is also rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B, silica, calcium, and iron to reduce or prevent hair loss. Avoid eating high amounts of fat, animal protein, and salt. As you can see, the foods necessary to achieve healthy hair are the same that are necessary for overall body health.
However, to precisely pinpoint the source of the hair loss, you should consult a medical professional, like those at Bosley Medical. These physicians are hair loss experts who can diagnose the specific cause of your case & recommend appropriate treatment options. The consults at Bosley Medical are conducted free of charge so at the very least you receive the information you need to move forward in addressing your problem.
Hair loss: I suggest a filter on your water. Many water pipes in Egypt are quite old and will affect your hair. I know of about a handful of women who experienced the same thing, once the filter was in place the problem was mended.
You could be coming down with the cold or the flu that is going around. I don't think one is probably related to the other but, of course, a trip to a physician could help. Best of luck.
You need to take multivitamins. I take one called Totavit that a doctor recommended for me.
But you should see a doctor and let him prescribe something that will suit ur own body's condition.
About ur hair loss. I also suffer from that. The problem is in the water. It's kinda polluted.
So if u can wash ur hair with mineral water or something, I think you'll see the difference.
Also look for jojoba oil and use it regularly on ur hair. It's good for all hair types. You can put it for like 2 hours, then wash ur hair with shampoo. And after that you can put a drop on ur hair to tame the flyaways. Also massage ur hair for 5 minutes everyday, it really helps.
By the way jojoba oil can be hard to find in Egypt. Go to a pharmacy and ask about it. If you don't find it, then ask at the attar (3attar)..a person who sells herbs and oils.
Best of luck.
There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.
hey people, what are you talking about, polluted water, poisons shampoos !!. simply weather is cairo is so dusty due to air pollution that increases substantially in areas like maadi and helwan. this dusty weather blocks fatty cells opening in the skin. that causes fats to increase pressure and try to come out by pushing hair roots out of the skin (causing temporarily hair loss).
simple solution ... MUST goto a physician, do the suitable blood analysis for your tired case.
i think a better question would be "where is the best doctor specialized in such cases, near to your area ?"
I Don't Have sufficient information to be able to answer this question YET
