$400;Is the ticket but I'm pretty sure I dont have to pay as Los Angeles stop paying the owners of the Camera's, use to take the photos/video of your car when passing a red light as of a certain date seen it on the news but how would i go on making sure i dont have to paying it? In the picture I'm half way thru the street and the light is yellow and you could tell i did not cross the light but the stupid camera took the photo when i was in the middle of the street?

tl;dr I got a ticket but Los Angeles couldnt pay the camera's fee there for people who get a ticket after a certain date they dont have to pay
