Okay so Ive seen the new J'adore Dior commercial and I kept rewinding the commercial because of the Marilyn Monroe was in the commercial. Was she digitally put in the commercial or was that just someone who lOoked like her?

Yes, she was digitally added. The company who now owns the copyright to her name and image has been very outspoken about licensing her image digitally.
it is her,,she gets paid to do this by dior ,,,,like the way henry is put for nike, rebook, renault, or beckham for pepsi, adidas
