My Senior High just got a $300,000 grant to install Smart Boards and enough laptops for every student in 8 classrooms. To other Middle/High Schoolers or teachers with a similar experience- which kind of laptops did the school receive? I am currently a high school sophomore but in 7th grade my language arts class got brand new MacBooks but the school library received HP laptops.Last year when I was a freshmen, my Java Class received brand new Dell desktopsThe teachers at my high school all use Dell laptops, and they are probably 2 or 3 years old.
