Looking for a particular Bible quote...?
which reads, either exactly or nearly, "No soul shall perish." My guess would be that it is in the New Testament. Does anyone know where I might find it specifically?

The only one that I know of is 2 Peter 3:9. It doesn't say that no soul shall perish, but that the Lord is not willing that any shall perish. I hope you find your answer.

I am certain that in context, the Bible does not say that.
