Lower abdominal cramps?
Last night, after sex, I got these horrible lower abdominal cramps. It almost felt like an anal cramp (it wasn't anal sex, in case you were wondering), that spreads from my butt to my stomach. Sometimes it feels like I have gas, but don't fart anymore than normal. It started around 1 AM last night and still hurts at 12 PM the next day. I looked up ovarian cysts online, and it seems to have a lot of the same symptoms...but nothing mentions the anal cramping part. I also noticed my poop seems to be really hard. They hurt incredibly badly...sitting down helps a bit but when I stand up again, ouch! Has anyone had a similar pain??

It definitely sounds like you could have an ovarian cyst. I had one for a long time, but I didn’t know because I thought the cramping pain I felt sometimes was gas. It’s possible that you had a cyst that ruptured, and if that’s the case, the pain should have gone away or at least lessened by now, since it's been a couple days. If you’re still in pain, I’d recommend going to the ER because it could be something serious. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon. :-)
