I have a question regarding a mental state of this friend. She is well educated and been through alot in life. Recently, she was out for shopping with friends and suddenly disappeared for 2hrs. When she was found she stated she was raped by some people and they dropped her back near some shopping center. After couple days, she said she doesn't remember what happened. People who she was with out shopping said yes she was found sitting somewhere and they don't believe she was raped but her mind is telling her this.

After couple days with her husband, one morning she told her brothers that her husband burned her and there were burn marks on her thighs. However, her friends and family said her husband was sleeping and has nothing to do with this. I myself know her husband and believe 100% he hasnt done it.

in another incident, she said he hit her head against the wall and bruise was found on her head. she stated her husband did it whereas, her sister said when she is depressed she bangs her head against the wall.

I am very concerned about this and just want to figure it out IF she has mental problem or she does things that she doesn't remember. If its associated with any illness what exactly is it?

I would really appreciate if yall answer with respect please it is a very critical case.
