I have two micro dermals on my lower back, and have had them for almost a year now. However, the right one has come off at least 5 times. I always go back to my piercer and he puts it back on just fine. Well I just lost it again and I can't go back to the piercer until the shop opens in two days, but I was just there last week to get it back on. This was the only time it was swollen and I was worried but he put it on fine. Now I'm worried the skin had grown over it. It is possible for this to happen so quickly? Any ideas on why this keeps happening? Is it just because it's an area that has a lot of contact with objects?

yes, it can heal that fast. it won't be 100% closed, but it'll probably a little bit painful to get the jewelry back in after having it out for a few days.
i'm not sure why it keeps happening. ask your piercer when you go back in. the skin should've healed around the anchor, keeping it in place. but if it's not 100% healed yet, then maybe that's why it keeps popping out
