my computer won't unmute? ?
my compuer will not stop being on mute, i touch the key and it still won't work and not be mute. help? 10 points
Update:i have a dell laptop, inspiron 1525.
i have a touch pad above and to the right of my keyboard.
i finally got it to unmute, but now it won't mute...

Go to settings -> Control Panel and double click sounds and audio devices and make sure you have it set to show the speaker icon on the bottom of your screen
did you check the right side of your tool bar there will be a pic of a speaker check that
