i'm not exactly positive, but from the second word of each term, i'm guessing that political ideology is the ideal or perfect state of proper political behavior and stuff. political culture is different because, well, people in politics don't exactly live up to those high expectations. ideology is what we want it to be, and culture is the harsh reality.
Political ideology are the concepts the culture uses to establish norms, values and guidelines. It is the Main Stream of thought in the culture.
The Political culture means a group of people with like ways (ideologies) the have grown over time to become a certain way.
For example:(hypothetical) We have a group of tiny people who live in a little fish bowl. As they multiply, the culture grows. They learn to make tiny little homes out of the dirt you add to the fishbowl. They eat only grapes and oranges when you remember to feed them. As they grow they learn to plant the grape and orange seeds and cultivate a crop. Now we have a culture of tiny people with a culture of tiny crops. They all get together and decide to assign duties to each person. Each one must do his duty to help cultivate the crop or suffer a penalty. They all accept the rules and work together to feed themselves independent of you. We now have a political culture in the fish bowl. Hope that helps.
