I've not tried the one at Wal mart, but I do know that there is a pre-conceive brand that enhances sperm mobiliity and mimicks the womans ph balance, which is suppose to enhance the whole conception process. Its made by a brand called Sasmar (it comes in a little pink box with a baby on it), I've only really seen it in Boots, but I'm sure if you pop the name into Google it'll pop up. I've used it a couple of times this month, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed at the moment!! GL xx

I haven't used the walmart brand of pre-conceive lube, but...

I LOVE Pre-Seed!

It has a great feel to it and it really does help.

I got pregnant twice with it (both pregnancies sadly ended in miscarriage... but that wasn't because of the Pre-Seed)

I plan to continue using it as long as I am TTC.

I haven't tried it. I just bought "pre seed" because I heard such great things about it. If pre conceive doesn't work for you maybe you could try that next.
