If I ate Ramen Noodles for lunch everyday, would it completely ruin any luck in losing weight?
I don't think there is a healthy choice I can replace my lunches with that only cost 15 cents.
I don't like yogurt or skim milk. So even my breakfast seems to have to many calories & fat. (Usually honey bunches of oats & 2% milk, but about 3 servings of the cereal).
Update:Money is definitely an issue for me. (I also have to feed 2 other people)

Not a very healthy choice, but not too high in Calories, just a bunch of crappy carbohydrates. So no, you can lose weight fine eating that unhealthy lunch ;P The salt from the noodles will keep your water weight up, but being bloated from salt is just an illusion of weight, you can lose a ton of weight in a matter of days with water weight.
EDIT: As for your breakfast, why not have a single serving of cereal, and a piece of fruit or berries? It will fill you up as much, but has less calories, and better for you.
