Ramen Noodles & Weight Loss?

If I ate Ramen Noodles for lunch everyday, would it completely ruin any luck in losing weight?

I don't think there is a healthy choice I can replace my lunches with that only cost 15 cents.

I don't like yogurt or skim milk. So even my breakfast seems to have to many calories & fat. (Usually honey bunches of oats & 2% milk, but about 3 servings of the cereal).

Update:

Money is definitely an issue for me. (I also have to feed 2 other people)
