RF interference Macbook Pro?

I use a Wacom Create drawing tablet. I used to have an early 2009 Macbook and this tablet and pen worked fine with it. I bought a new computer, a Macbook Pro, recently, and when connecting my tablet to the machine, I hover the pen on the tablet and the pen cursor shakes and jitters violently. It is not my tablet because I tried my sister's drawing tablet and pen and the problem persists. I re-installed the driver twice.

I e-mailed Wacom Support and they said it is RF interference with my computer and the tablet. I was also told that the only way to work without experiencing this is to keep my tablet to the side of my keyboard (which works, however it is not my preferred position when working as I like to keep my tablet on my keyboard).

Is there any other way to eliminate this interference?

Thanks in advance.
