So I have recently come up with an idea for a magnetic "engine" which I will hopefully put into a bike at some point, and it will not pollute, not run on gas, and be EXTREMELY efficient. However, I was either the first person to come up with this or someone else already has, but it was dangerous in some way. So would affect the body in any way? Like could it pull the iron in the bloodstream?

No. The iron in your blood is not in a ferromagnetic form. It is not attracted to a magnet.
Magnets in an MRI machine are very strong, and they do not appear to have any dangerous effects on humans.
