talking about a child 4 years old.. who had a bad accident far away from home.. having his Mom past away and one of his sisters..
will he have a social problem or any king of depression and loneliness when he grows up to be a teenager?

there will definitely be some scarring. social problems, maybe not. trauma yes. but he can pull through it with consistent therapy.
