I have been tracking the dates of my periods and there is a specific pattern to my periods. My periods alternate between being 28 days and 31 days apart. This happens consistently every month. One month is 28 days between periods, the next is 31, the one after that is 28, the one after that is 31 days apart. It's always the same.
I thought maybe this could be because I heard that ovaries alternate each month, maybe my left one is the one that is 28 day cycle and the right ovary is the one causing the 31 day cycle?
Is this abnormal? I was scared in case it had something to do with my "abnormality". My mum has uterus didelphys [google it, it means you have double the amount of reproductive organs] and I suspect that I have the same thing.
I had a scan to see about the uterus thing but they couldn't see very well and they sent me a letter saying "Your pelvis looks fine" I don't trust these results as the woman being scanned after me in the hospital was having a pelvis scan. Being a hospital my results should have referred to the uterus or something, not pelvis.

Your cycle sounds normal, just remember what is normal for you may not be normal for other women and vise versa. But as long as you have a specific pattern to your cycles then you are more than likely ovualting just fine.
As far as for the scan, if you do not feel comfortable then go get a second opinion.
until eventually now i grew to become into on the pill i could pass an entire 30 days until eventually now my next era and it may in basic terms final 4 days. after i began out the pill, I now have 7 day sessions and that they start returned 21 days after the final day of my era. although the previous few months, its been 23 or 24 days in between.
That's not abnormal, that's normal - they happen within a few days of each other which is perfectly fine.
Your cycle seems normal sweetie, your human, every woman has a different cycle.
Relax ;)
