Successful Business Customer Service Trends?
Hi
Can anyone give me some examples of successful customer service ideas that was initally created by an organisation, but then it was followed by other organisations due to competition?
For example: Tesco was the first supermarket to implement online shopping and since then other major supermarkets have followed and offer the service.

- First Direct Bank by HSBC
- Dell Computers.
