Hi just wondering how many of you out there has had a bad experience with T Mobile contracts. I took out a contract, paid on time every month without fail, wanted to change to new network, asked for PAC or is it PUC code, was given it with a lot of incorrect information. Ended up using new newtwork number and didnt use PAC/PUC code. Then a few months later realise T Mobile are still taking Monthly Direct Debits from my bank account. When I called they said that they had informed me if i didnt use the code my contract would continue!!! has anyone else experienced this?
Update:Cuddles: Dont you think they should have mentioned that? They were quick to say that after 30 days the sim card would be blocked and that all data would be lost if not moved onto a new sim card.
So i have been paying for a contract that they know is not in use.

call them and demand your money back as you are no longer with them they cannot take money from your account and cancel the direct debit with the bank asap
Well, I hate to say it, but if you didn't use the PAC code, how were they supposed to know you were leaving? Just handing out the code does not close an account. If you don't use the code, you need to contact them specifically to cancel your contract.
