I'm going to give a Demo Speech Presentation based on Taekwondo (going to physically demonstrate something to an audience). It is it a good idea to wear your dobok or no ? It's a small audience size about 15 to 20 students. What in Taekwondo should I demonstrate & talk about ???
Update:The audience is mainly college students ... It's for my speaking class . For the final, our instructor wants us to demonstrate something for the class. It can be anything; martial arts, how to do something, etc ....

Wear the dobok. It's cool and impressive to lay folks. Be sure to bring marketing materials and business cards.
As to what to present? What were you thinking when you volunteered for such an endeavor? What do you thing the audience will expect? What is the subject being discussed at the time your Demo Speech Presentation idea came up? These are all clues as to what you could talk about.
You don't say anything about your experience, your role in your dojang, what your audience is like (are they kids, adults, administrators, coaches, teachers, taekwondo students) or what their experience is. These are all more clues that should help determine what you could talk about.
EDIT:
Ok, so this is a "say this" class, not a "do this" class. You don't say what your experience is, so you might be limited.
Audiences like to watch breaking, why not go into a topic on breaking physics?
i think you can wear the dobok but maybe wear a warm up suit or at least jacket over it during the bulk of the speaking in order to be taken seriously by a lay audience. i would suggest aiming to speak about a variety of areas in taekwondo: basic traditional techniques, poomsae/forms, olympic style sparring, self-defense, flashy hollywood demo techniques, etc. try to cover as many areas as possible for a comprehensive lesson because so many people know about at least _some_ areas, but it would be nice to show the diversity of the entire gamut. if possible, bring a partner for any demonstrations: someone to spar with and someone to hold targets/paddles. definitely bring the olympic sparring gear; even if you don't wear it, they need to see it.
You could demonstrate your best form and do some breaking after explaining a few of the basic techniques. And of course you should wear your dobok.
I think you should explain the motion of "sine wave" and how it relates to each move in Taekwondo. Sine wave is a down, up, down motion that is scientifically proven to generate more power in a strike. You could also explain and demonstrate the twisting motion at the end of a punch and how that too generates more power. This would be an interesting and easy to understand demonstration. Good luck.
nicely, you may start up with i slide exhibiting the place the rustic is and what curiously like, the carry on with with a million or 2 slides fo demographics (inhabitants, section, important industries, climate, faith, that form of ingredient). then concentration on something particular for all the relax slides.... as an occasion... you have got a million slide with some rapid highlights from the rustic's historic past, a million with some information on Theravada Buddhism, a million with some familiar ingredients, a million exhibiting familiar outfits, that form of ingredient. i might use regardless of pops up in my study that catches my interest.
