travel from los angeles to india?
Hi...
i am looking for tickets to travel to india from los angeles in december.i wish to have a stop over in singapore.my travel dates are (12/04/09-01/04/10).singapore airlines prices are too high.i am ready to put $1400 for a ticket.i am looking for an airindia ticket.I am checking in all the websites but they are saying air india tickets are sold out.do anybody have any suggestions..any travel agents?

First, you did not mention which city you are flying to in India. Anyway, Tiger Airways (budget airlines) fly from Singapore to Bangalore and Chennai. You can check their website for the ticket. http://www.tigerairways.com/
i would check with a travel agent
in some case a round the world trip might be cheaper
then a direct flight from Lax to India
