I was collecting job attached unemployment and about 2 weeks ago I was laid off so when I filed it asked did I stop working for any employer and I said yes and put that I was laid off. Now its showing pending review and the issue its saying is job refusal/job offer. What does that mean and how long before they reach a decision and I get paid. Its been over a week and no payment. I also called my ex employer and they said they approved the lay off so why is taking so long. and when I file again do I have to keep putting that I stopped working for the employer even though I already put it.

And just to be clear I already had an unemployment claim and was receiving my payments until I was laid off about 2 weeks ago. So when will I have payment and the claim shows pending review. And when I file for cubline again do I put again that I stopped working for an employer and put laid off or just leave it because they already know. I just wish I can find this out I can reach anyone the lines are always bust even in the early morning please help answer. and If it takes this long can I get emergency unemployment and if so how do I do that.

This not an appeal just a pending review so how long should that take if the employer approved it
