Me and my fiance are looking to buy a home in Utah. We found one that is very small and cheap going for $35k n I was wondering what I need to do to be approved for a loan up to that amount? Since I've had my job longer n the wedding is paid for on my credit card (our money, I'm not a sugar mama just my card was used) n I always fully paid for my expenses every month, on time. Maybe $3k worth of wedding money spent over a few months. I am 18, he is 18, we both have cars/jobs etc. Mine semi full time his part time until he graduates from college. Every month no matter how bad the hours are we have about $1.5k (minimum to average) on a really good mostly steady month it can be $2-4k. We are both looking for higher paying jobs and once my fiance has only morning classes he'll be working semi full time as well giving us $3-5k a month before expenses. Anything else we need to be approved?

Mortgages start at 50k, there are none for less.
For a loan you need income, 2 years of income tax returns and good credit.
