I'm 14 and am overweight. I want to lose about 20kg in 3 months, I'm not going to starve myself because I've heard that it's terrible in the long run and doesn't do that much for you anyway. I get home at 4:00pm and it gets dark in winter really early so I need to do indoor exercises in my room and I can cut down portions and eat better food, I just need to know some good exercises :) Advice would be appreciated heaps ;D

Well when i was young I did 5 min jogging on the spot, 5 min star jumps, 5 min of crunches, 5 min of marching on the spot, at least 10 push-ups, now i dont know what this is called but you stand straight with your arms straight out beside, spin them in a small circle, you will start to some pain in your arm, that means it is working, if you have a treadmill walk on it for 30 min, for a challenge dont even turn the treadmill on, try and make the base move by you walking on it, also grap a step or small stool or something like that so you step up and down and that over again for at least 10 min. stand straight and twist your upper body (not sure what it is called).
I hope this helps! Good luck and make sure you do this daily, or you wont see a difference!
