im a 16 year old female and im 5'3 and weigh 133.5 pounds is it possible for me loose 5 pounds a week. ( i only wanna loose 10). and if its possible can you give me a few ways how to do it. :) thank you.

First of all don't lose weight that fast since that is really bad for your health. Instead try going for 1 lb loss per week at most. Also I suggest don't consult a doctor since they will most likely give you some pills which is bad.
So the best way to lose weight is to replace what you eat. Drink water instead of sugary drinks. Water is a natural substance that washes out the oils and dirt in your body and drinking lots of water helps lose weight
Also try eat lean meat and fish and try to avoid oily meat.
Try eating fruits as snacks instead of the sugary and salty kinds
Get plenty of exercise, sleep and try to avoid stress. Stress is a big factor that can cause weight gain. I have had a lot of stress this year and have gained almost 10 lb this year.

First. Eat Properly. If you love eating/drinking chips,chocolates,burger,fastfood,canned goods,cake,ice cream,sodas,juice... Stop. Replace them all; instead, drink water atleast 8 glasses a day,eat fruits and more vegetables. If you really want to loose weight that much then, dont eat too much (bread,meat..) and WORKOUT. Once in the morning and in the evening. If you dont have much time just do some stretching( you can go to youtube and watch some videos).
Exercise eat right everyday avoid processed food, carbs fats. Eat oats dark grains, fruits veggies etc. do lots of cardio and sit ups
use the remote to channel surf for 68 minutes
bounce the ball on your knee 600 times
