im 13 and i want to loose weight. i found this thing that gives you something to do every day. you do 100 crunches, 90 jumping jacks, 80 lunges, 70 squats, 60 seconds running in place, 50 second plank, 40 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 20 high knees, 10 pushups. im gonna do it every day and all my friends are saying its dangerous and bad for you. i dont understand how exercise is bad.

Too much of anything is bad for you. Everything in moderation. Bust out all the exercise you can do without overdoing it. And remember- you've just started puberty and you're going to be growing a lot in the next few years so make sure not to starve yourself- make sure you're eating plenty of food so that exercise will transform it into lean muscle. HTH
drop your milk type and you cut calories by about 20 percent
walk around your home yard or neighborhood while on the phone
do 250 breaststrokes about 10 minutes
set your computer alarm to ring hourly stand up for 1 to 5 minutes each time it goes off
What ever you do don't listen to them. They are idiots! DO IT! It will be good for you. Working out is healthy . Stick to it and you will be happy with results :)
do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
