Literally, what it says is "is early wait till after day alright!?"
I don't think the person said it right... I think they meant to say, Esta (or es) temprano, espere hasta despues del dia, de acuerdo? which means it's early, wait till after daytime, alright(agreed)?

what your question says is "its early wait until after day alright"
what you were probably trying to say was
"its early wait until later in the day alright" which would be
" es temprano espera hasta despues en el dia de acuerdo
Sorry but you sentence makes no sense
