A.) Depends on what you're feeding her. Most commercial dog foods add carbohydrates like, potatoes/rice/veggies into their formula instead of straight up proteins. Which is actually horrible for the dogs health. So try getting a full on protein dog food for her.
B.) if that doesn't help the problem, your dog has become a diva... :)
It all depends how old your puppy is. It is quite acceptable to change over to Adult food when the pup is about 5 months old for a few months while he is going through his growth spurt. This actually stops the pup from becoming skinny and leggy. He really needs the high protein up until this age but if you have already opened the bag then I would suggest you add the odd egg or grated cheese, even some cooked chicken or fish to his meals until you have finished the bag. This will give him the extra protein he needs. Tinned Sardines in Oil are an excellent source of protein. Once you have finished the bag of Adult you can then go back to the Puppy Food. If you are feeding a high protein Puppy Food there is absolutely no need to add any extra vitamin supplements as the Food will have been scientifically balanced to give your puppy all the nutrients and vitamins he needs for his bone growth and development. I am at a loss why your Veterinarian would give you vitamin supplements to add to his diet.
Most dogs do given the choice. Many of the spices and oils we use to cook our food has a wonderful aroma to our dogs - but those additives just aren't healthy and balanced for your dog to eat.
Don't give in and feed him people food. He will refuse dog food and hold out for what you're eating every time. However, that's not to say that you can't treat him now and then with a bit of chicken, beef, or fish occasionally as long as it hasn't been seasoned or cooked in heavy sauces or oils.
If you want to take about 5 years off their life keep feeding it table food...It's common for animals to contract the same diseases as their owners if their fed too much red meat, dairy products, and junk foods....There is a reason that manufacturers make pet foods specifically for your animals....
The better you pay for your pets foods the less you'll see them at the Vet.
Have you ever had dog food? It's incredibly bland but balanced for a dog. Human food tends to have additives and salt to enhance the flavor. This could however upset your dogs stomach from not being accustomed to these types of foods. Plus, I think that since dogs look up to us they want what we want. "If it's good enough for my master, it's good enough for me" is probably what they are thinking. My dogs wouldn't touch an apple until they saw me eat it. They both had some after that and wanted more.
