The upper bar, that use to be solid blue, now in Windows 7 reflect a "semi-transparency" of the screen behind. this is very confusion and lacks of contrast when you read the name of the file you are working on. How can we go back to the good old "solid blue"?

Right click on your desktop background, click personalise. On the bottom of the window will be 'window color'. Open this to choose your prefered colour. There is a check box which says 'enable transparency', uncheck this.
