and there are three bolts that attach this to my car which two have wire attached to them. one is a thick wire and the the other is a set of five which have different colors and one is a single wire while the other four are split into pairs. I removed those wire from their proper place and now my car wont start. what is the proper way to put back those wires to have my car start again?

That's a Coil Pack. 3 ignition coils, which mount on top of the ignition module. Together, along with the cars computer and some sensors, they provide the spark for your spark plugs, through the big thick wires on the right-hand side.
They usually have a multi-wire connector for the power to the module and signal wires to trigger the coils and other functions, but altogether, it adds up to 14 wires. Most automotive wire connectors are designed so that they can only be put on in one direction, to avoid the possibility of them being hooked up backwards.
The coils simply plug on to the module, so no wires involved there. Everything else should hook up to one end of the module (lower part of your picture). Here's a picture of the module connector end. You can see there are little notches inside that keep the wire connector from being plugged in the wrong way.
