I have to agree with Kingston. Either works. A capital "A" means you are making the word Ancient part of the name. A lower case "a" means only Greece is a name, and ancient is an adjective.
depends if you starting a sentence like this. Ancient Greece. Or like this in the middle of the sentence ancient Greece. I did i whole social studies project doing it that way the teacher said it was right
