When I first started it was in August then I started to love benching as I got into it my parents got a weight room with dumbells an a bench bar. when I started i was like in the 70 pound range but today I rep 110 3 sets of 10 and max 145. you're still young so you should keep it easy on the weights. Weight lifting can stunt ur growth but other than that bench press works out ur chest and ur arms.
1. wrong place to ask your question. go to a bodybuilding/weight-lifting website.
2. thats fine. i'm 17, i weigh about 123 and i can max 210. take some protein shakes and have lots of eggs/steaks/etc... also dont just work out your arms. your back is also a big factor in how much you can bench. try working your back muscles too (bench rows, bent over rows, dead lifts, squats, etc...). you may want to get a gym membership cause i doubt you'll be able to do as much with just dumbells and bench
