how many calories did i lose? no websites please (:?

so yeah, i had to re-post this because i didn't include my age, weight, and height.

any who, i want to know how many calories i've burned today?

to start off, i'm a 16 year old female and i'm 5 ft 5 in.

i weigh 125 pounds.

i ate about 1,600 calories today in total, i ate about 400 calories worth absent minded after walking/jogging for an hour, i know that's bad but i always feel hungry after exercising.

the exercises i did:

jog/walk for an hour

after i ate:

4 reps of 25 jumping jacks, 100 jumping jacks all together

50 leg lifts on each leg

10 squats

25 sit ups

hoolahoop (it has bumps on the inside) for 10 minutes

i'm well aware that sit ups and squats don't burn calories and that they build muscle (:

how many calories did i burn?

and if i jogged/walked one day for an hour each and went on the treadmill fo 30 minutes, elliptical ofor 30 minutes, and other exercises in the gym another day for a bout a month, how many pounds will i lose?
