ARROYO ARROYO... how did this dude make his way back to the NBA?

i used to see this dude playing in the euroleague and he was crap... he played for maccabi tlv, came as a big promise... and besides 1 buzzer winner, he was crap during all the season... he's a great rap singer, and a great person , but if he can play with these 3 top guns, then i can play any NBA team ... and im not a pro just a dude that plays in the neighborhood... mmm 21 minutes , zero asissts..well this Miami team is all about big EGO.... there aren't any assists in this team coz each 1 plays individually.. u cant take the best players , put them in the same team and expect them to win every game (they wont be champions this year) if u compare Miami heat to Roman Abramovitch's Chelsea fc, (that bought all the top footballers in order to win the champions league...., or real Madrid's galaktikos with zidane ronaldo and beckham and Figo- ) ud get 2 good examples why this big 3 cant work ... when you have so much Ego in 1 team , no matter how good the -players are as individuals, as a team they'll have problems during all season . lebron-ego mania, wade-ego mania, bosh(good guy) - ego mania.. Aroyyo- huge ego mania ...all together on the same court=1 big flop

Agreed. Spo needs to start Chalmers. The role of PG for the Heat is to play D and shoot, which Chalmers fits the description.
