Hi, I'm having my sweet 16 next weekend and I have everything figured out.. except the centerpieces! My theme is blacklight/neon. I'm looking for something really quick and easy to do. I've tried highlighter ink and water, glowstick ink and water, tonic water, and also glow in the dark paint. I don't have time to order anything else online. I'm so stuck I have no idea what to do!!!! Please help!!!!!!!
