What is "Que hace la cunada" asking?
I don't understand what it is asking. Is it asking "What does the sister-in-law do?" Or is it asking what is a sister-in-law, like describe that she is your husband/wife's sister?
Please explain thank you.
P.S. this is in spanish and the e in que should have an accent and the n in cunada should have a tilde over it.

"What does the sister-in-law do?" is correct.
¿QueÌ hace la cuñada? addresses what the sister-in-law does, what sort of job she has, what's she involved with, what kind of activities she has.

que hace = what is your job?
but sometime my friends use as "what are you doing?"
